What does an engagement cost?
It depends on shape and duration, and we will be transparent about it on our first call. Diagnostic engagements are fixed-fee. Embedded engagements are billed monthly. We do not staff to a margin, so the number reflects the senior team you actually get.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We will use yours or send ours, whichever is faster.
Will you replace our team?
No. We are at our best embedded alongside a competent in-house team. If you need a body shop, we are not it.
Do you take equity?
Occasionally, on a case-by-case basis with growth-stage clients we know well. Cash-only is the default.
Where are you based?
United States, remote-first. We travel to be in the room when the work calls for it.
