How we engage

Most engagements begin in one of two shapes. Both lead to the same place: senior, embedded teams doing meaningful work alongside yours.
Diagnostic
A short, structured engagement to frame the problem and recommend a path. Often the right starting point when the question itself is still moving. Ends with a written point of view your leadership can act on, and an option (not an obligation) to continue.
Embedded
A small, senior team works alongside yours for the duration of a phase. Strategy, engineering, design, and AI capabilities draw from a single pod. We close the engagement when the work can stand on its own.
